Andrena Cumella
Andrena is an expert facilitator, assessor and qualified coach with a reputation for vigour, creativity and insight in her work with clients. she brings insight into the softer elements of management to the Tetlow Associates team.
She has fifteen years of demonstrated success nationally and internationally in all aspects of leadership and management development. She works extensively with leaders across the public sector including those from central government departments, local councils, the health service, HM Prison Service, education, the voluntary sector and arts and membership organisations.
Andrena has previously held posts as a Senior Fellow at the Office for Public Management (1996-2007), as a Principal with ARA Consultants (Bearing Point KPMG) in Toronto, Canada, as Chief Executive of a voluntary organisation serving inner city families in Toronto, Canada and as a college tutor.
She holds a Masters degree from the University of Toronto.
